MGI ITMSS IT Managed Solutions Subscriptions
Technology operations — not just technical support.
Managed IT’s often presented as tools, tickets, and access to technicians. MGI structures the relationship around a more useful decision: how much of the recurring technology responsibility your business wants us to carry.
One baseline security foundation. Three distinctly different operating roles.
The work hiding behind “IT support”
The ticket is rarely the whole job.
A login problem, failed backup, aging device, or vendor outage can pull several people into diagnosis, decisions, coordination, communication, and follow-up. The business often carries that invisible operating load even when a provider closes the ticket.
Reconstruct the environment
Explain the systems, users, vendors, prior work, and business impact every time something changes.
Coordinate the parties
Move the technician, software vendor, carrier, employee, and decision-maker through their separate parts.
Track the loose ends
Remember what remains open, who owes an answer, what needs approval, and whether the issue actually stayed resolved.
Keep tomorrow’s risk visible
Keep aging technology, access changes, backups, documentation, and recurring conditions from disappearing between incidents.
Designed around the operating relationship
What sets MGI apart isn’t another feature checklist.
The stack supports the work. The differentiated value comes from how MGI uses visibility, environment knowledge, defined authority, and continuing follow-through together.
Foundational protection doesn’t disappear in the entry tier.
Every ITMSS tier begins with the same baseline cybersecurity protections and monitoring capabilities. The tier decision changes MGI’s operating role — not whether the foundation matters.
MGI works from the environment outward.
A user issue may begin in identity, a device, the network, a vendor platform, or a prior decision. Useful context helps the work start beyond the symptom.
Your IT relationship should remember.
Documentation, service history, supported assets, vendor context, and operating decisions can make each future engagement less dependent on reconstructing the past.
Each tier changes who carries the next move.
BaseTech surfaces. CoreTech adds routine action. TotalTech carries more continuity, coordination, readiness, and operational follow-through.
SEE · ACT · OWN MORE
Choose the operating role — not a watered-down bundle.
All three tiers share the common baseline security foundation. What meaningfully changes is the responsibility MGI is authorized to perform across the supported environment.
BaseTech
SEE
Secure visibilityMGI monitors the supported environment, identifies and initially triages relevant signals, and surfaces what needs attention. Your capable authorized resource retains hands-on control.
- Same baseline security foundation
- Monitoring and supported-environment awareness
- Alert identification, initial triage, and notification
- A clear receiving operator remains essential
CoreTech
ACT
Day-to-day operating reliefMGI adds routine hands-on support and administration across the existing supported environment during MGI’s normal business hours, moving recurring operational work away from owners and staff.
- Everything in the common security foundation
- Routine end-user and supported-system action during normal business hours
- Identity, backup, and platform administration
- Appropriate vendor coordination and handoffs
TotalTech
OWN MORE
Greater operational ownershipMGI adds greater relative priority, documentation discipline, readiness, lifecycle attention, operational recommendations, coordination, and follow-through.
- Everything in the common security foundation
- CoreTech’s routine operating role
- Greater continuity of operating context and environment knowledge
- More coordination, readiness, and follow-through
Value that compounds through context
The goal isn’t a busier help desk. It’s a quieter business.
As the supported environment becomes better known, recurring patterns may become easier to identify, handoffs can begin with more context, and less operating work may return to your desk. Monitoring, administration, documentation, readiness, and follow-through still continue as the environment changes.

Same environment. Different operating burden.
The strongest tier distinction appears in the work your people no longer have to organize themselves.

BaseTechMGI surfaces the condition to the capable authorized operator.
CoreTechDuring normal business hours, MGI performs appropriate routine administration within scope and coordinates the handoff when needed.
TotalTechMGI adds greater continuity of operating context, documentation, readiness attention, and follow-through around the condition.
An employee can’t access a business platform
BaseTechYour authorized operator remains responsible for investigation and action.
CoreTechMGI connects the user issue to identity, device, platform, and vendor context and performs authorized routine action.
TotalTechMGI carries more coordination and preserves more of the operating learning for future work.
A supported technology is nearing lifecycle concern
BaseTechRelevant monitored conditions can be surfaced when visible through the supported tools.
CoreTechMGI can address routine operational implications within the supported environment.
TotalTechMGI adds greater lifecycle attention, operational recommendations, coordination, and follow-through.

Which responsibilities keep returning to your people?
The right tier becomes clearer when we map the recurring conditions, the capable resources already in place, the operating load your team is carrying, and the authority you want MGI to assume.

Straight answers
What buyers should understand before choosing a tier.
The public pages explain the operating model. The applicable proposal and Applicable Order define the customer-specific service.
Do the higher tiers include “better” security?+
No. Every ITMSS tier begins with the same baseline cybersecurity protections and monitoring capabilities. The higher tiers increase the operating role MGI is authorized to perform.
Is BaseTech a help-desk plan?+
No. BaseTech is a managed visibility role for organizations with a capable authorized resource prepared to investigate and act after MGI surfaces a relevant condition.
How does MGI support our end users?+
BaseTech doesn’t include routine hands-on end-user troubleshooting. CoreTech and TotalTech add routine hands-on support for common issues within the existing supported environment during MGI’s normal business hours, subject to the selected scope and reasonable-use requirements. After-hours and exceptional-response treatment remain separate unless expressly established in the Applicable Order.
Are projects and major changes included in a subscription?+
ITMSS governs the authorized recurring operating relationship. Projects, implementations, migrations, major changes, strategic engagements, and other separately scoped work may require an additional Applicable Order.
Does TotalTech include formal business continuity or full incident response?+
No. TotalTech adds greater operational ownership, documentation, readiness, lifecycle attention, coordination, and follow-through. Formal continuity planning, guaranteed recovery, and full incident-response services aren’t implied as included.
Is support unlimited?+
No. Services are governed by the supported environment, selected tier, authorized scope, reasonable-use requirements, applicable policies, and Applicable Order. ITMSS isn’t an unlimited labor commitment or a bank of prepaid hours.
